Yoga online

Yoga is not a sport, it is a path. I will teach you everything I know and experienced myself on my path of yoga. Depending on where you are right now and what you want to learn, I can create personalized private Yoga lessons or you can book a group Yoga lesson online.

Arrive in the present moment. Take this quality  time for yourself to practice focus, concentration and balance body and mind.

RETREAT

Join our Retreat - Back to the Roots - of our own Nature in the south of Thailand, on a beautiful, quiet island surrounded by raw nature from 16. - 19. April 2026.

My dream is coming true. I’m so excited to share my love and deep connection to nature with you. Together, we will explore the elements, feeling and integrating them within ourselves. You can look forward to sunrise yoga, tree yoga, forest bathing, mindful barefoot walks, meditation, beach ceremonies, water therapy, singing around the fire, and silent nights under the stars.

The intention is simple — to reconnect with our roots and remember what truly matters.

This experience is intimate, real, and deeply nourishing.

Meditation

Meditation and Self inquiry is a practice of Jnana Yoga. Jnana Yoga is one of the four main spiritual paths to reach the realization of being one with all. It is about self knowledge. Meditating is a visit with yourself. It is a real, honest quality time which you spend with yourself in silence. This is a sign of self love. If you want to improve your life quality with self love, inner stability and clearness I recommend to visit yourself every day for a few minutes. You can book online Meditation lessons with me.
