Gratitude vibrates at 540 MHz. Being grateful falls on the same level as love which is one of the highest vibrational frequencies you can be at. The more time you can spend in gratitude and love, the more your body’s frequency raises and the healthier your body becomes. „The Gratefulness List“ is  a gratefulness practice I did every day in times which were a bit hard for me. It takes only a few minutes in the morning or evening everyday and has an amazing effect. The practice consist in reflecting about your day and life and thinking about what you are grateful for. Then you write the date and everything which makes you grateful down in a list. The list can be as long as you want. Read it again and feel the warm and filling feeling of gratitude inside you. Do this everyday for at least 1 month and you will already recognize positive changes in your mindset about life.
